This policy deals with the admission fee for students in order to provide a flexible fee structure.

5. STRATEGIES AND ACTION PLANS
The college collects fees from the students during session in three phases:
(i) At the time of admission: 6 months Fee/Funds/Charges including annual charges of May to October are collected.
(ii) During the month of October: Three months (November to January) Fees/Funds/Charges including six months tuition fee and university examination fee are collected.
(iii) During the month of December: Three months (February to April) Fees/Funds/Charges are collected.
The name of the students who fail to pay the dues within the stipulated period may be struck off the college rolls. They may however, re-join after paying the arrears. Re-admission fee of ₹165 and re-registration fee of ₹100 but no benefit of lectures on account of absence can be claimed by them. The Principal may at his discretion, refuse to re-admit any student without assigning any reason for the same.
All security deposit will be refunded to the student on leaving the college, provided he/she has cleared all the dues. Security refund can be claimed within six months of leaving the college. No application for refund is to be entertained after the expiry of the time limit. All securities not withdrawn within six months of leaving the college shall lapse automatically.

Account branch of the college deals with all the issues related to the admission fees
