- Sandeep Kaur won Bronze medal in Panjab University Annual Athletic Meet Competition in 100M Hurdles event.
- Sobha Singh won Gold medal in Open District Athletic Meet Competiton in 100M event.
- Hasanpreet Singh won Silver medal in Open District Athletic Meet Competiton in 400M Hurdles event.
- Manpret Singh won Silver medal in Open District Athletic Meet Competiton in 800M event.
Weight Lifting
- Jaskaran Singh won Bronze medal in Panjab University Inter College Weight Lifting Competition.
Boxing
- Vishal Kumar won Bronze medal in Panjab University Inter College Boxing Competition.
Table Tennis
- Table Tennis team of college (Poonam, Alisha, Disha, Harleen Kaur, and Ritika) won Bronze medal in Panjab University Inter College Table Tennis Competition. Poonam also selected for Intervarsity camp.
Kabaddi Circle Style
- Kabaddi Circle Style team of college (Sharanpreet Singh, Jaspreet Singh, Damanpreet Singh, Arshveer Singh, Jagjot Singh, Karamveer Singh, Ashanpreet Singh, Vishal Barjatiya, Davinder Singh, Jaspreet Singh, Manish Kumar, harminder Singh) won bronze medal in Panjab University Inter College Kabaddi Circle Style Competition.
Karate
- Shivam of B.A. I won one gold medal in Open National Karate Cup and one gold medal at State Karate Championship. Shivam also secured a Bronze medal in Panjab University Inter College Karate competiton.
- Ishika Bhasin of B.A. II won one silver medal in All India Delhi Police Chnapionship, one gold and one silver medal at State Karate Championship. Ishika Bhasin also secured a Bronze medal in Panjab University Inter College Karate competiton.
- Gurwinder Singh of M.Com I won silver medal in Panjab University Inter College Karate competiton and selected for Khelo India University Games 2022 at Jain University, Bengaluru

Inter Class: - The Department of Physical Education organized inter class competitions in fourteen sports disciplines for the session 2021-22. Six Inter Class Competitions were organised for boys including chess, badminton, table tennis, basketball, volleyball and cricket. Three Inter class competitions were organized for girls are chess, badminton and table tennis.

International Yoga Day :- 7th International Yoga Day was organized at A. S. College Khanna. The yoga session was conducted under the leadership of Department of Physical Education and NSS Unit. On this occasion, a webinar was organized on the theme “BE WITH YOGA, BE AT HOME”. The resource person Dr. Laxminarayan Joshi, founder Head, Dept. of Yogic Science and Dean Student Welfare, Uttrakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar, enlightened the audience with his expert views. 65 participants consisted of students, teaching and non-teaching staff members participated in this yoga webinar.
National Sports Day :- National Sports Day was organized by Department of Physical Education on 29th August, 2021 on the birth anniversary of hockey wizard Major Dhyan Chand. An online quiz competition was organized for the students of Physical Education and motivational lecture was delivered by Dr. Gurvir Singh and Prof. Gaganpreet Sharma.
Cross Country: - The Department of Physical Education organized Cross Country Competition for the college students on 17-03-2022 in which 80 students participated. The event was flagged off by Principal Dr. R.S. Jhanji.
Veteran Walk: - Veteran walk (Male and Female) was organized on 20-03-2022. Total 80 veterans (74 male and 06 female) participated in the walk. The event was flagged off by Sh. Pushkar Raj Singh, M.D., Raj Group of Companies. Best walker in male was Sh. Kartar Singh and best female walker was declared Smt. Amarjit Kaur. Track Suits sponsored by Sh. Pushkar Raj Singh, M.D., Raj Group of Companies to all the winners from each age category.
Athletic Meet: - 68th Annual Athletic Meet was organized on 25th and 26th March, 2022. On the inaugural day of the meet, S. Lakhvir Singh (Ex- MLA Payal) was the chief guest, Sh. Rajinder Puri (President, Khatri Chetna Manch and Charitable trust Khanna) was guest of honour and S. Gurminder Singh Lalli (Chairman, Improvement Trust Khanna) was special guest. On the closing day of the meet, prizes were distributed by chief guest Sh. Gurkirat Singh Kotli, (Ex-Cabinet Minister, Punjab) and Sh. Anil Ghai (Owner, Rudra Infrastructures Khanna) was guest of Honour on the concluding day. Manpreet Singh of B.A.I and Sandeep Kaur of M.Com II were declared best athletes in men’s and women’s category respectively. Cash prize of Rs. 2100 were given to both athletes.
Fee Concession: - The College awarded its university medalist with a fee concession of 70% for gold medalist, 50% for silver medalist and 30% for bronze medalist.
